YEI is aimed at people aged 18–35. Specific services, programs, and partner offerings are subject to eligibility, location, availability, and the relevant partnership arrangements.

Services delivered by ecosystem partners are governed by those partners' own terms. YEI is not responsible for the outcome of any business venture.
